As a Data and Measurement Lead, you will play a critical role in the company's goal to be the most trusted experts for our advertisers and partners. You will be in charge of digital transformation for advertisers and partners across the LCS book of business, helping them build a solid measurement and data infrastructure foundation. Your role will involve advising clients on measurement strategies to enhance business performance, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to promote the adoption of the company's preferred measurement methods and products.

You will also be responsible for designing tests and conducting research to help clients understand advertising effectiveness across digital platforms and media. As a member of the company's Large Customer Sales (LCS) team, you will have the unique opportunity to influence market-shaping strategies and deliver tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of the company.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies within mobile apps.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with on-device measurement (ODM) solutions, multi-channel and cross-device attribution models, and the ability to evaluate and implement appropriate attribution strategies.
  • Experience in mobile app analytics platforms (the company and third-party such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Amplitude, etc.) with an understanding of their data models, event structures, and reporting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices for consent management and data anonymization in a mobile app context.
  • Ability to define test hypotheses, set up experiments, analyze results, and provide recommendations for app optimization.
  • Fluency in Russian to support client relationship management in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute sales/product strategies tailored to specific clients to meet desired outcomes.
  • Identify business growth opportunities within the market and determine strategies to drive business growth and marketing efficiency.
  • Manage expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders to build rapport and credibility.
  • Share and scale best practices, learnings, and business strategies to upskill accounts and link solutions to meet customer and the company's business needs.
