In this position, you will oversee digital transformation for advertisers and partners across the LCS book of business. You will help clients build a solid measurement and data infrastructure that supports their performance and media effectiveness solutions. Additionally, you will advise on measurement strategies that enhance business performance while collaborating with various stakeholders to promote the adoption of the company's preferred measurement methods and products.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies within mobile apps.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with on-device measurement (ODM) solutions and multi-channel/cross-device attribution models.
  • Proficiency in mobile app analytics platforms (both the company and third-party such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Amplitude, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices for consent management and data anonymization in a mobile app context.
  • Ability to define test hypotheses, set up experiments, analyze results, and provide recommendations for app optimization.
  • Fluency in Russian to support client relationship management in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute sales/product strategies to meet desired outcomes, aligning product and business strategies to develop a roadmap.
  • Identify business growth opportunities within the market and work with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and marketing efficiency.
  • Manage expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders to build rapport and credibility.
  • Share and scale best practices, learnings, and business strategies to upscale accounts and link solutions to meet customer and the company's business needs.
