Our team collaborates with clients and internal stakeholders, including cybersecurity and data protection teams, data analysts, and data scientists to ensure that use cases are well-founded and deliverables meet expectations.
Our mission involves supporting organizations in designing and implementing next-generation data platforms that enhance analytics, decision-making, and innovation. This role focuses on assessing architecture maturity, defining target-state data platform blueprints, and creating pragmatic roadmaps covering governance, protection, migration, and cloud enablement. We operate in a consulting environment that demands strong stakeholder management, delivery discipline, compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordination across service lines when integrated delivery is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage up to two projects simultaneously while working closely with senior business leaders (Directors and Partners) to ensure quality delivery and meet client expectations.
- Assess current-state architecture, identify gaps and strategic goals, and define a clear improvement roadmap related to data governance, protection, migration, and cloud journey.
- Define and evolve end-to-end data architecture blueprints and target-state roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Design and guide modern data platforms and technology choices across cloud and big data ecosystems.
- Build scalable ingestion and integration approaches, managing data risks related to quality, access controls, regulatory compliance, and more.
- Lead delivery across project lifecycle phases and supervise teams through requirements definition, business re-engineering, and application mapping.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with approximately 7+ years of related work experience.
- Data Architecture certifications are required.
- At least 5+ years of experience in a global consulting firm, managing a team of at least 4 people.
- Hands-on experience with big data platforms like Cloudera, Informatica, Databricks, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Industry expertise in domains such as Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, or Telecom.
- Must be flexible and willing to travel on short notice as necessary.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in Arabic is ideal.
