We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design and optimize MultiBank Group’s global data infrastructure. You will play a key role in building scalable, secure, and high-performance data systems that empower real-time decision-making across trading, compliance, risk, and marketing functions. This role requires a combination of strategic architecture design and hands-on technical execution, ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and performance of data systems that support our global financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprise-grade data architecture to support analytics, trading systems, and reporting platforms.
- Develop and maintain data models, pipelines, and integrations for structured and unstructured datasets.
- Define data governance and quality standards across multiple business units and regions.
- Collaborate with engineering, BI, and product teams to ensure consistent data accessibility and security.
- Optimize ETL processes and data flow between trading, finance, and CRM systems.
- Evaluate and integrate modern data tools (data warehouses, data lakes, real-time streaming).
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and improve data performance, scalability, and storage efficiency.
- Provide guidance on data lifecycle management, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles.
- Proven expertise in data modeling, ETL pipelines, and data warehouse design.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks).
- Strong understanding of data governance, MDM, and metadata management.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- Experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka or Spark Streaming.
- Excellent understanding of database performance tuning, data security, and access controls.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable, future-proof solutions.
