Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and implementation of data architecture strategy across the organization.
- Design scalable data models, data structures, and data platforms to support analytics and AI use cases.
- Architect and optimize data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for batch and real-time processing.
- Establish and enforce data governance, quality, lineage, and security standards across systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate business and product requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Drive the integration of data architecture into product and solution design to ensure consistency and reusability.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and platforms for data storage, processing, and management.
- Communicate complex data challenges into clear, actionable solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data engineering, information systems, or a related field.
- At least 7–12 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing large-scale data platforms and data strategies.
- Expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical).
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices.
- Experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines and distributed data processing systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to align teams around data strategy.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and alignment to broader technology strategy.
