Data Architect

The Data Architect position at the company requires a skilled professional to design and implement data architecture strategies that support advanced analytics and AI. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of experience in data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and implementation of data architecture strategy across the organization.
• Design scalable data models, data structures, and data platforms to support analytics and AI use cases.
• Architect and optimize data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for batch and real-time processing.
• Establish and enforce data governance, quality, lineage, and security standards across systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business and product requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Drive the integration of data architecture into product and solution design to ensure consistency and reusability.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and platforms for data storage, processing, and management.
• Communicate complex data challenges into clear, actionable solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• At least 7–12 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing large-scale data platforms and data strategies.
• Expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical).
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices.
• Experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines and distributed data processing systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to align teams around data strategy.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and alignment to broader technology strategy.
