As a Data Capability Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of the data and analytics strategy for dnata, leveraging group expertise to enable business readiness for the adoption of new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Document the data and analytics strategy and operating model for dnata, collaborating with business leaders for effective implementation in each division.
- Lead relationships with Enterprise Data & Analytics (ED&A) and business stakeholders to define objectives for data capability enhancement.
- Manage the data and analytics community across dnata, including prioritization of data projects and delivery tracking.
- Identify and deliver relevant use cases with business leaders, including opportunities related to artificial intelligence, machine learning, and autonomy.
- Develop a plan for data architecture, applications, and governance to support the global operating model.
- Oversee the creation and production of the dnata corporate scorecard.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Honors in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field within a large organization.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a management role with the ability to lead cross-functional and virtual teams globally.
- Experience in leading data communities of practice and promoting data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency with enterprise-level data platforms and cloud-based analytics ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Snowflake).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for a business audience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications in data governance, data architecture, or data analytics.
