Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Data Center Sales Specialists across multiple territories.
- Define and execute the business unit’s sales strategy, aligned with regional and global objectives.
- Drive pipeline generation, qualification, and closure of complex data center technology deals.
- Act as a senior advisor to clients, presenting value propositions, partner configurations, and ROI models.
- Oversee opportunity planning, forecasting, and sales governance across the team.
- Support pre-sales engagements and solution design in collaboration with technical architects.
- Maintain strong relationships with key technology vendors and ensure alignment with NTT DATA’s solution portfolio.
- Conduct executive-level workshops and presentations to influence client decision-making.
- Share best practices and contribute to the internal knowledge base across the data center practice.
- Identify risks and mitigation strategies within client accounts and sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
- Advanced understanding of data center technologies, including infrastructure, cloud, and managed services.
- Demonstrated success in solution-based selling to enterprise clients, including C-level stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and ability to define and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to fast-changing environments.
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian market and familiarity with regional client needs and vendor ecosystems.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- SPIN Selling, Solution Selling, or equivalent sales methodology certification preferred.
- Relevant vendor certifications in data center technologies (e.g., Cisco, Dell, HPE, VMware) are a plus.
Required Experience
- Proven track record in leading and managing technical architecture and sales teams, preferably within an IT services or managed services environment.
- Extensive experience in client engagement and consulting, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide strategic solution development.
- Demonstrated ability to balance technical alternatives against business and financial constraints, ensuring optimal outcomes for both clients and the organization.
- Deep understanding of data center architectures, with hands-on experience in designing and delivering complex infrastructure solutions.
- Strong background in solution design and development, with the ability to translate client needs into scalable, secure, and cost-effective offerings.
- Solid project management experience, ensuring timely delivery of client solutions while managing resources and expectations across multiple engagements.
- Experience working in agile environments, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and lead cross-functional teams through iterative delivery cycles.
