Data Center Engineer/Technician

We’re looking for a talented Data Center Engineer/Technician to join our Infrastructure Services team in Riyadh. Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all global infrastructure. You will be part of a diverse group including software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, and operations managers, all working together to help maintain the cloud.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting and solving a range of datacenter infrastructure issues, such as hardware, fiber, networking, and related problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow and maintain the highest safety standards and diligently encourage a world-class safety culture.
• Diagnose hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs.
• Troubleshoot events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Engage with other appropriate solutions groups on complex problems to drive solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve infrastructure issues.
• Experience in manual handling and lifting of equipment (with weight limits in accordance with regulations).
