Responsibilities
- Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high-volume work activity or situations that require escalation.
- Coordinate with suppliers to initiate warranty claims and process failed vendor hardware devices, including information processing, packaging, shipment, and receipt of return for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) devices in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to the RMA warranty process.
- Utilize process knowledge and sound judgment to complete tasks with minimal direct supervision.
- Maintain a strong focus on understanding the impact of your work while completing tickets and assigned Inventory and Asset Management (IAM) tasks.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date logical data within various inventory management systems, such as configuration management databases and asset management repositories.
- Conduct detailed physical inventory tracking and staging.
- Assist in reconciling and reporting inventory discrepancies.
- Perform destruction of data-bearing devices (DBD) in compliance with all SLAs and company policies as needed.
- Notify management of stock shortages and escalate any pertinent issues.
- Comply with security and data management policies.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and experience in warehouse/supply chain in an information technology (IT) environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field, OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to work shifts, including non-standard business hours that may encompass evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Background Check Requirements:
Candidates must meet the company's, customer, and/or government security screening requirements. These include passing the company's Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse/supply chain in an IT environment, logistics, and operating heavy-load movement equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, chassis lifts) for a large corporation, OR equivalent experience.
