Responsibilities
As a successful Datacenter Program Manager, you will:
- Adhere to safety and security policies and procedures, reporting any issues immediately.
- Work on complex IT deployments covering power reservation, rack layout, and physical installation.
- Maintain budget adherence and contribute to cost-reasonable projects.
- Act as the single point of contact for all datacenter metro-level audit and compliance projects.
- Build positive relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections for audit readiness and compliance.
- Manage and maintain all environmental, emergency, and business continuity plans/documents for the Datacenter Metro.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent AND 1+ years industry experience OR 2+ years industry experience with college coursework.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Critical Environment infrastructures (e.g., UPS, Generator, AHU) or physical IT infrastructures (e.g., Servers, SANs, Networking).
- Technical College degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ASICS/Inventory Control, CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, PMP, ITIL, CDCP).
