Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to budget requirements and manage costs effectively.
- Report any safety or security issues immediately and follow established protocols.
- Perform troubleshooting for service incidents to minimize disruption.
- Communicate potential customer impacts and plan accordingly.
- Manage client and supplier relationships to ensure expectations are met.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with maintenance activities.
- Uphold service quality and customer experience standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent AND 1+ years of industry experience, or 2+ years of industry experience with college coursework.
- Ability to meet the company's and government security screening requirements.
Preferred:
- 2+ years’ experience in Critical Environment infrastructures or physical IT infrastructures.
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as ASICS/Inventory Control, CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, PMP, ITIL, CDCP.
