Position

The Data Center Security Manager will be responsible for the real-time response, handling, and closure of security alarms and incidents in the company's data centers, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough business research and security assessments of data centers, identifying and optimizing critical security control points, and promoting the systematic construction and online capability development of the data center security management system.
  • Performing regular inspections of data centers to identify security vulnerabilities and system defects, resolving issues through effective security management strategies.
  • Developing and optimizing management standard procedures for the data center security management system framework to enhance data center security.
  • Establishing effective collaboration with other teams to promote the implementation and routine operation of the security system, thereby improving the standardization level of data center security management.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing and operating security systems in large data centers or enterprises.
  • Proficiency in technical research and solution design in the field of physical security, with a foundational understanding of data center physical security and insight into new technologies.
  • Strong capability in responding to large-scale security incidents; candidates with experience in Red Teaming are preferred.
  • Excellent logical thinking and analytical skills, along with the ability to tackle complex problems, analyze existing issues, identify root causes, and formulate effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, a sense of initiative and responsibility, and good teamwork spirit.
  • Bilingual in Chinese is required to facilitate coordination with the headquarters in China.
