As a Data Center Services Manager in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, you will be involved in all aspects of the development and operation of our data centers. You will partner with local and regional facility managers, plant engineers, and design and construction teams to develop creative and scalable solutions. Key responsibilities include providing leadership and management for teams delivering data centers, managing complex schedules and budgets, and overseeing the construction and delivery of data center projects.

Your role will also encompass driving the physical design of our data centers into the future by implementing cutting-edge strategies, optimizing efficiencies, generating ideas, and communicating recommendations to senior executives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in mission-critical facility design and construction environments.
- 7 years of experience in leadership roles with direct reports.
- Experience with data center equipment/environments, including switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, and fire safety systems.
- Experience with project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of fast-track design build processes and associated documents, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of start-up and commissioning processes.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain delivery models and global relationships with multiple vendors, measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Create growth plans and participate in hiring/recruiting talent.
- Develop scalable training programs to ensure the success of team members.
- Research and implement construction methods for data center equipment and facilities, integrating design concepts into production.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for major new construction projects or large capital improvement projects in existing facilities.
- Support the development of detailed, localized designs from the programmatic design Plan of Records (PoR).
- Drive procurement, construction, and commissioning.
