Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- Hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure support, server and network maintenance, and structured cabling in a large-scale mission-critical environment
- Ability to speak confidently and communicate clearly in a virtual environment
- Strong adherence to processes and procedures and be a Process Champion
- Experience providing client-facing, direct customer support and service
- Highly service-oriented, reliable, responsible, and self-motivated
Responsibilities
- Act as Hardware support expert liaison to other technical & non-technical teams
- Understand internal customer problems and provide hands-on technical solutions in a timely manner
- Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all production server and network hardware
- Conduct system board level repair and fault diagnosis within SLAs
- Perform structured cabling installations and commission new whitespaces and rack positions
- Conduct rack receiving, installation and decommissioning activities
- Adhere to the company, site-specific, and customer-specific physical security policies
- Follow defined health & safety processes and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
