Position

As a Data Center Technician (DCT), you will stage, set up, and perform hardware deployments. This role requires you to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues and perform hardware decommissions for simple changes and refreshes following standard operating procedures. Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting following standard procedures.
  • Conduct post-execution quality checks and ensure proper setup according to safety protocols and deployment standards.
  • Decommission hardware for simple changes and refreshes.
  • Communicate, report, and escalate incidents to management and engineering specialists.
  • Assist and guide other technicians in completing complex tasks.
  • Complete required training and gain hands-on experience from more experienced technicians.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing information and staying updated on team progress.
  • Maintain accountability for service quality and user experience.

Qualifications: Required:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+) or Basic Structured Cabling (BSC).

This position is located in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates and is a full-time, on-site role.
