Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting according to standard procedures with minimal disruption.
- Conduct post-execution quality checks to ensure compliance with safety protocols and deployment standards.
- Decommission hardware following standard procedures with minimal guidance.
- Communicate and report incidents to appropriate management units and engineering specialists.
- Assist and mentor other technicians on complex tasks.
- Complete required training for ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and information sharing.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
- Experience in supporting IT equipment or related technology.
- Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience in supporting IT equipment or related technology.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+) and Basic Structure Cabling (BSC).
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is preferred; additional languages may be beneficial.
