Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure support
- Experience with data center M&E equipment
- Solid understanding of data center design, including electrical and cooling operations
- Knowledge of airflow management, rack installation, and structured cabling
- Proficiency in systems administration (Linux and/or Windows Servers)
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, basic troubleshooting)
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in a virtual environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide product support
- Self-motivated with capability to work independently or in remote teams
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison to technical and non-technical teams
- Provide timely technical solutions to internal customer problems
- Participate in the installation, maintenance, and optimization of server hardware
- Conduct system board level repair and fault diagnosis
- Plan and commission new rack positions
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and apply them appropriately
- Adhere to defined Health & Safety processes
