Work Conditions

Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure support
- Previous experience in a "mission critical operations" environment
- Basic knowledge of data center design and operations (electrical, cooling, etc.)
- Strong skills in structured cabling for fiber and copper
- Expertise in systems administration (Linux and/or Windows Servers)
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, basic troubleshooting)
- IT hardware concepts (RAID, SAN, x86 architecture, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Act as HW support expert liaison to other technical and non-technical teams
- Install, monitor, maintain, and optimize all production server hardware
- Participate in system board level repair and fault diagnosis
- Planning and commissioning new rack positions
- Install structured cabling as a significant part of this position
- Adhere to defined Health & Safety processes
