As a Data Center Technician at Amazon, you will join a hands-on role that requires leading a diverse team to maintain safety standards and ensure process efficiency across our operational site. This position is vital for maintaining high levels of quality and productivity while analyzing performance and collaborating with other managers to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a culture of safety and well-being.
- Analyze and implement corrective actions to meet business objectives consistently.
- Support and lead a team, handling administrative tasks while fostering a strong team culture.
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes.
A Day in the Life:
You will work shifts at one of our operational sites, focusing on maintaining safety standards and monitoring process efficiency. Your daily responsibilities will include team management, operational tasks, and various activities related to process improvement and contingency planning.
Basic Qualifications:
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) completed before the start date.
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English, as well as the local language.
- Relevant experience in performing data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience efficiently resolving customer issues under pressure.
