AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to innovation. As a Data Center Technician, you will be part of the Data Center Operations (DCO) team, responsible for troubleshooting a range of datacenter infrastructure issues, including hardware, fiber, networking, and related problems.

You will become the primary resolver for your support team, gaining troubleshooting skills on various hardware and software cases. You will collaborate with professionals across AWS to ensure the highest safety and security standards while delivering capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety: Follow and maintain the highest safety standards and encourage a world-class safety culture.
- Data Center Operations (DCO):
- Diagnose hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs
- Troubleshoot events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures
- Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required (weight limits in accordance with regulations)
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science
- Must have Saudi Arabian citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
