As a CO+I DCT Intern, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for the company's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the company's Azure platform.

Responsibilities:
- Support deployment of on-site datacenter physical infrastructure
- Install, replace, and troubleshoot cables and hardware
- Handle data-bearing devices (e.g., hard drives, solid state drives)
- Work in a ticket-based environment
- Move equipment using pallet jacks or other assisted lifting equipment
- Assist the Datacenter Inventory and Asset Management Team (DIAT) with shipping/receiving and inventory management as needed
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components
- Interest in supporting IT equipment or related technology
- Currently studying towards a relevant technical qualification
- Emirati Nationals only, in line with UAE nationalisation (Emiratisation) requirements. Candidates must be UAE citizens holding a valid UAE Family Book and be legally authorized to work in the UAE
Preferred Qualifications:
- Applicable certifications: CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+), Basic Structure Cabling (BSC)
- Ability to support frequent standing, walking, lifting, and working at heights with or without equipment assistance
- Effective communication with multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in written and oral English communication
- Desire to learn, grow, and develop new technical skills
- Flexibility to work non-standard business hours, including weekends and/or holidays
