Responsibilities
- Own and grow the Data Center pipeline to 4× AOP coverage across all GBEs — BMS, Fire & Gas, Security, HVAC Controls, and OT Cybersecurity.
- Identify, qualify, and advance new opportunities in the Data Center Industry across different segments.
- Build and maintain Strategic Account Maps (SAMs) capturing whitespace, competitive position, stakeholder maps, and multi-year revenue opportunities.
- Co-develop joint go-to-market plans with strategic system integrator partners for key accounts and tenders.
- Develop country-level go-to-market plans for the Gulf region.
- Lead outreach and relationship development with operation directors, project directors, and procurement heads.
- Deliver customer-facing solution presentations, workshops, and executive briefings.
- Drive specification inclusion in tenders, master facility plans, and consultancy documents ahead of formal procurement.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience in a technical sales or solution consulting role specifically in the Data Center vertical.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Technical delivery within the Building Controls field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Data Center vertical concepts and elements.
- Expertise in designing and implementing technical solutions for various aspects of a Data Center.
- Ability to provide expert advice on Data Center vertical strategies, policies, and best practices.
WE VALUE
- An advanced engineering degree (e.g., Master's) in a relevant field.
- Experience in the META region with a solid understanding of the local market.
- History of success within large matrixed organizations, demonstrating innovation, delivery, and results.
- Familiarity with the company Building Automation products and solutions.
- Strong analytical skills capable of translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
