The role holder is responsible for ensuring that cost allocation systems are operational and fit for their intended purpose, in coordination with IT teams including system hardware storage. This position works closely with the costing design team to define requirements and change requests that reflect modifications in the allocation models within the system. Additionally, the role involves conducting regular cost allocation cycles to ensure timely delivery in line with publication schedules. All duties must be performed in accordance with stipulated business policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the cost allocation systems are operational and fit for the allocation process, coordinating with IT teams.
- Work with the costing design team to define requirements and change requests for system allocation models.
- Manage the coordination with the corporate IT team to implement and quality-test necessary changes and updates to allocation logic.
- Maintain a historical log and documentation of all relevant system change requests for audit and traceability purposes.
- Manage the process of loading updated inputs into the system in collaboration with the data acquisition team.
- Conduct regular cost allocation cycles on the system, ensuring deliveries align with publication timelines.
- Ensure that output data from the costing process is accessible and visible for reporting and analysis across various platforms, such as staging databases and publication databases.
- Coordinate with corporate IT teams to ensure data security and adherence to internal security practices.
- Support the Profitability Management teams in developing, introducing, and implementing IT tools for data processing, analysis, and reporting.
- Assist the Profitability Management teams in working with large and complex data sets.
- Provide IT expert support and input on the selection and introduction of IT platforms, methodologies, and processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact with corporate IT for all interactions and monitor critical projects related to Profitability Management.

Nature of Experience
Prior experience in Data Enablement & Platforms, specifically within the telecommunications function, is strongly preferred.
