Role: Data Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) mechanisms using Informatica Big Data Management 10.2.X and various Push down modes using Spark, Blaze, and Hive execution engines.
- Manage dynamic mapping use cases and oversee the development and deployment mechanisms using Informatica Big Data Management 10.2.X.
- Transform and load various complex data source types, including unstructured data sources and NoSQL data sources.
- Leverage knowledge of Hive Database, including Hive DDL, partitioning, and Hive Query Language.
- Maintain a good understanding of the Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Spark, Hive).
- Exhibit strong expertise in SQL/PLSQL and work with Oracle, Sybase, and SQL databases.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Data Lake and Dimensional Data Modeling implementation.
- Understand requirements and prepare Functional Specification Documents, Design Documents, and Mapping Specifications.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Informatica BDM 10.2.
- Proven experience with Hadoop Big Data, HIVE, and PowerCenter.
- Familiarity with Google BigQuery is a plus.
