Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows for large datasets.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure data integrity and implement validation and monitoring mechanisms.
- Develop high-performance data solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with product teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and mentor team members on best practices.
- Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for scalability and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 6–8 years in data engineering, strong expertise in ETL and data pipelines.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern data frameworks/tools (e.g., Airflow, Spark, Hadoop).
- Familiarity with ETL tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data storage technologies.
- Proven decision-making capabilities in collaborative environments.
