Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple squads in the delivery of high-impact, enterprise-scale programs, ensuring alignment with corporate banking goals and regulatory priorities.
- Oversee strategic programs for corporate digital banking, focusing on solutions for Trade Finance, Liquidity Management, Payment Systems, and Collections.
- Deliver end-to-end business intelligence (BI) solutions and operational reports to support executive decision-making with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and actionable insights.
- Manage data architecture, big data engineering, and AI-driven models to unlock new insights and tackle complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with core banking, risk, compliance, and digital transformation teams to maintain a unified, agile, and scalable data model.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for business-critical data projects.
