Responsibilities:
- Design and build data transformations efficiently and reliably for various purposes (e.g., reporting, growth analysis, multi-dimensional analysis).
- Design and implement reliable, scalable, robust, and extensible big data systems that support core products and business.
- Establish solid design principles and best engineering practices for engineers as well as non-technical team members.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proficient in Java/Python with solid programming skills (e.g., algorithms and data structures).
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, M/R, Hive, Spark, Flink, etc.).
- Good communication and teamwork skills to effectively convey technical concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data analysis, data ingestion, and data integration.
- Experience with ETL (Extraction, Transformation & Loading) and architecting data systems.
- Experience with schema design, data modeling, and SQL queries.
Work Conditions:
