Key Responsibilities:
- ETL Development: Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines using Informatica for large-scale data integration.
- Database Procedures: Develop, maintain, and optimize PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, and queries to support business needs.
- Informatica Workflows: Build, enhance, and troubleshoot Informatica workflows, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Credit and Market Risk teams to deliver accurate and timely datasets and streamline workflows.
- Scripting & Automation (Optional): Support automation and data handling tasks using Python or Linux/Unix shell scripting (a plus, not mandatory).
- Server Administration: Assist with Linux/Unix and Windows server maintenance, patching, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability.
- Production Support: Provide 24/7 operational support for ETL pipelines, monitoring and resolving issues promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of ETL processes and configurations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on expertise in Informatica PowerCenter (ETL development, workflows, performance optimization).
- Proven experience in PL/SQL development, query optimization, and stored procedures.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
- Experience handling large data volumes with optimized performance.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments (shell scripting & administration).
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux server patching/maintenance.
- Ability to provide production/24x7 support for ETL pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in Credit and Market Risk domains is an advantage.
- Python knowledge is a plus, but not a core requirement.
