What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines across BIM, GIS, CDE, IoT, and project tools, ensuring quality and standards compliance.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations that turn engineering workflows and KPIs into clear, actionable insights.
  • Support AI and advanced analytics by preparing datasets and contributing to ML, predictive, and optimization solutions.
  • Collaborate with BIM, GIS, Automation, and Information Management teams on digital engineering and workflow automation.
  • Help define and maintain data standards, documentation, and security/compliance for analytics and AI projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of hands-on experience in data engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), data lakehouse platforms, and workflow orchestration tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical insights for engineering and project stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams in a fast-moving digital environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with BIM/GIS data, engineering workflows, or AEC-related datasets is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and experience working with data scientists is preferred.
  • Familiarity with engineering digital transformation domains such as BIM, IM, GIS, automation, and CDE environments.
