To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a Data Engineer.

Job Purpose:
Maintain the data warehouse and manage all data integrations.

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:

• Manage all data integrations and build their APIs.
• Create the data tables inside the data warehouse.
• Consolidate the needed data into one table (view) as requested by the stakeholder.
• Ensure that the date and time of data tables are refreshed.
• Validate results in each step of the ETL process.
• Monitor and maintain server performance, ensuring everything is working properly.
• Reconcile data from all sources and ensure that APIs are functioning properly and data is updated.
• Check the data loads and queries run by reporting analysts to maintain data warehouse performance.
• Develop and maintain the star schema model for storing and optimizing data in the warehouse.

Must-Have Technical / Professional Qualifications:

• Major degree in data.
• 3+ years of experience as a data engineer/data warehouse management.
• Experience in a similar level company.
• Strong SQL is a must.
• Integration tools experience is a must.
• Java scripting/Python is preferred.
