Denodo seeks a passionate and technical professional to join our Customer Success team. This role involves travel, consulting, developing, training, and troubleshooting to enhance clients’ experience with Denodo solutions. Your mission will be to help clients realize their full potential through accelerated adoption and productive use of Denodo capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Denodo Platform and deliver effective technical presentations.
- Address technical inquiries regarding customization, integration, and product features.
- Build and manage custom deployments based on client requirements.
- Offer timely feedback to Product Management and other teams based on client experiences and needs.
- Engage with clients in product architecture, configuration, and platform usage, while managing expectations effectively.
- Provide technical consulting, training, and support to clients.
- Create documentation, presentations, and training materials related to Denodo products.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- BS or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role within the data management or analytics software industry.
- Strong SQL knowledge and an understanding of database management theories and practices.
- Experience in Java software development, specifically in web and database contexts.
- Familiarity with JDBC, XML, and Web Services APIs.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluent/native proficiency in Arabic and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with version control systems like GIT.
- Familiarity with Big Data and/or NoSQL environments (e.g., Hadoop, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of caching technologies and server environments (Windows, Linux, UNIX).
- Experience in business software implementation and integration.
