Data Engineer

About the Job:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, developing and optimizing data models, and ensuring data integrity across multiple systems. You will work closely with various teams to deliver data solutions that drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows
• Develop and optimize relational and dimensional data models
• Implement cloud data solutions (Databricks, Snowflake)
• Write scripts in SQL, Python, and Scala
• Manage data systems in Linux environments
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security
• Translate technical insights for non-technical stakeholders

What You Bring:

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong SQL, Python, and Scala skills
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and data warehousing
• Familiarity with Linux and terminal workflows
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Spark, Kafka, or Hadoop
• Familiarity with Apache Airflow or orchestration tools
• Exposure to CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, or machine learning
