Requirements

7 - 10 years of experience in Data Engineering
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, BE Computer Science and Engineering
Professional Certifications Required: Google Cloud Certified – Professional Data Engineer or equivalent
Ability to design and build scalable data pipelines
Knowledge of data modeling and warehousing concepts
Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
Ability to work with structured and unstructured data
Understanding of data governance and security
Ability to support AI/ML model deployment and data preparation
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data orchestration tools

Job Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable data pipelines to support AI banking initiatives
Collaborate with data scientists to prepare and transform data for model training
Develop and maintain data lake and data warehouse solutions
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across platforms
Integrate data from core banking systems, digital channels, and external sources
Optimize data workflows for performance and cost efficiency
Support real-time and batch data processing using modern data frameworks
Implement data governance policies and metadata management
