Your Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain feature marts to support machine learning models, underwriting strategies, and real-time decisioning.
  • Develop scalable, production-grade data transformations using tools like SQL, dbt, or Python to power analytics, risk monitoring, and experimentation.
  • Query and manipulate data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL, Snowflake) to deliver timely insights.
  • Help enhance data quality through validation checks, anomaly detection, and observability of critical pipelines.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis on new customer segments, risk events, or product changes.
  • Help enhance data quality and develop scalable reporting solutions.
  • Support experimentation and A/B testing related to risk initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, risk analysts, and engineering teams to ensure robust data foundations for decision-making.

Your Expertise

  • 4–6 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, Risk Analyst, or Analytical Engineering role.
  • Strong SQL/Python skills; experience with BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau. Experience with data modeling, dbt, or orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow) is required.
  • Comfortable working with lending or financial data, or strong interest in developing domain knowledge in credit risk.
  • Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter mentality — proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in fintech, banking, or consumer lending is a plus.
