Presight is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to analyze and work with data concepts, use cases, and complex new data sources to deliver insights to customers and support the integration of these data sources into the Presight AI platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Solve challenges using Python coding skills.
- Design, build, and launch new data extraction, transformation, and loading processes in production.
- Perform web crawling, data cleaning, annotation, ingestion, and processing.
- Collate and read complex datasets; create and maintain data pipelines.
- Focus on process improvement for efficiency and productivity.
- Utilize Python, SQL, and other tools to build infrastructure for optimal data handling.
- Provide insights into key business performance metrics through analytical tools.
- Support the wider business with data needs on an ad hoc basis.
- Comply with policies on quality, safety, information security, and risk management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years of programming experience with solid coding skills in Python, Shell, and Java.
- Good communication skills and corporate capacity.
- Experience in web crawling, data cleaning, solution architecture, data ingestion, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Knowledge of AWS services (like EC2, S3, SQS, Lambda), Elastic Search, Redshift, and CI/CD frameworks.
- Familiarity with data platform concepts (data lake, data warehouse, big data processing).
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, and knowledge of machine learning techniques.
