Data Engineer

The role of Data Engineer at Injaz within the TECH - Digital Data Platforms division at the company involves driving the vision to transform the Bank into a Data Driven Organization (DDO) through the use of the latest tools and technologies in data analytics. The Data Engineer will lead and manage multiple data and analytics teams, focusing on Advanced Analytics, Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), Corporate Credit & Limit Management, and Marketing Campaign Data & Analytics.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading multiple squads to ensure the delivery of scalable, compliant, and business-aligned solutions.
• Defining and executing the strategic roadmap for data initiatives aligned with corporate banking goals and regulatory priorities.
• Overseeing digital transformation programs across regions, focusing on solutions for Trade Finance, Liquidity Management, Payment Systems, and Collections.
• Delivering end-to-end business intelligence solutions and operational reports that facilitate executive decision-making.
• Managing data architecture, big-data engineering, and AI-driven models to gain insights and address complex business challenges.
• Collaborating with various teams to maintain a unified and scalable data model.

The Data Engineer is the primary liaison between business leadership, regulatory bodies, and technology teams, ensuring high-impact outcomes that promote revenue growth, operational efficiency, ESG compliance, and enhanced customer experience.
