As a Data & ERP Manager, you will lead the evolution of our ERP platform, strengthen data governance, and develop reliable reporting and analytics capabilities across the organization. You will be responsible for the integrity, availability, and business value of the ERP platform and the data it produces, acting as a bridge between business processes and information systems.

Your Responsibilities
ERP Platform Management:
- Own and manage the functional and technical ERP roadmap.
- Balance business requirements, technical debt, and platform upgrades.
- Lead configuration, parameterization, and functional improvements across modules including finance, purchasing, inventory, sales, projects, and HR.
- Plan and manage ERP version upgrades and migrations.
- Coordinate regression testing, cut-over planning, and rollback strategies.
- Manage relationships with ERP publishers, integrators, and functional consultants.
- Ensure platform availability and performance in production in coordination with infrastructure and development teams.
Data Governance & Quality:
- Define and enforce master data management rules, including ownership, naming conventions, referential integrity, lifecycle management, and archiving.
- Implement controls and automated checks to identify duplicates, inconsistencies, and incomplete records.
- Maintain the data dictionary and mapping of data flows between the ERP and surrounding applications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR and equivalent frameworks.
- Establish appropriate data retention and processing rules.
Integration & Automation:
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between the ERP and other applications, including identity systems, collaboration tools, field applications, financial systems, and third-party APIs.
- Industrialize recurring data operations such as imports, reconciliations, batch processing, and scheduled synchronizations.
- Reduce manual processes through business workflow automation.
- Work closely with development teams to implement scalable automation solutions.
- Ensure traceability, monitoring, auditability, and appropriate error handling across automated data flows.
Reporting, Analytics & Decision Support:
- Build and maintain the reporting and analytics layer.
- Develop operational dashboards, management KPIs, financial reporting, and activity reporting.
- Work with business owners to define relevant indicators and establish a reliable single source of truth.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support management decisions, budget preparation, and performance reviews.
- Promote self-service access to data while maintaining the necessary governance to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Support, Adoption & Continuous Improvement:
- Organize functional ERP support and manage the qualification, prioritization, and resolution of user requests and incidents.
- Train key users and support ERP adoption across the organization.
- Produce and maintain functional documentation and operating procedures.
- Report regularly on platform availability, service quality, and roadmap progress.
- Maintain active technology watch across ERP, data engineering, automation, and analytics.
- Identify and recommend relevant improvements and new technologies.
Your Profile
You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline, or have equivalent professional experience. You have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP management, ERP implementation, or data management.
- Ideally, experience within a multi-entity or international environment.
- Proven experience leading at least one complete ERP implementation, migration, or major version upgrade.
- Strong understanding of business processes and their translation into ERP solutions.
- Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.
Technical Skills
You have strong knowledge of:
- ERP business processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory, project costing, and general and analytical accounting.
- SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or equivalent.
- Integration mechanisms including REST APIs, webhooks, ETL/iPaaS tools, and automation platforms.
- BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Metabase, Superset, or equivalent.
- Python or equivalent scripting languages for data processing and automation.
- Linux environments.
- Version control and deployment practices.
- Data governance and master data management principles.
- Reporting, analytics, and data quality management.
