About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data, Governance & Adoption Analytics Subject Matter Expert (SME) to play a pivotal role in our organisational change and transformation programmes. You will serve as the authority on data governance and analytics, ensuring the technical accuracy of all data-related content. You will also take ownership of the end-to-end adoption measurement framework, which includes designing key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering dashboards, and reporting on findings.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject-matter authority on data governance, data quality, data management, data privacy, and BI/analytics concepts for all programme content.
- Review and validate the technical accuracy of data-related communication and training content.
- Design and maintain a KPI/adoption measurement framework covering engagement, literacy, and satisfaction metrics.
- Build and maintain BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track programme adoption and effectiveness.
- Design, administer, and analyse surveys (e.g., via Microsoft Forms or similar tools) to measure awareness, satisfaction, and literacy.
- Compile periodic (quarterly/annual) adoption and measurement reports, with trend analysis and improvement recommendations.
- Advise on data-literacy frameworks and awareness assessment design.
- Support executive briefings and stakeholder sessions with data-domain credibility.
- Maintain alignment with the organisation's data strategy, governance policies, and relevant regulatory context.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science) with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in data governance, data management, data quality, analytics, or BI.
- Experience in enterprise data environments preferred.
- Demonstrable experience building and maintaining BI dashboards and measurement frameworks.
- Familiarity with data governance and management frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK); data quality and data privacy.
- Proficiency in BI & analytics; KPI framework design; dashboard development (Power BI or similar).
- Experience with survey design and analysis; stakeholder advisory roles.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
- CDMP (DAMA) certification preferred; a BI-platform certification (e.g., Power BI Data Analyst) is preferred; a cloud data governance certification is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
