Data Innovation Manager

The Data Innovation Manager will play a key role in following the bank’s Data & Analytics strategy and roadmap to commercialize data assets. Key responsibilities include engaging business and support functions to identify and prototype insights use cases, forecasting the ROI of use cases and obtaining approval from stakeholders, managing the end-to-end delivery, implementation, and handover of selected use cases, and contributing to the bank’s data collection strategy and best practices. Additionally, the role involves promoting the benefits of data-driven decisions, overseeing training and organizational change activities, prototyping analytics use cases to monetize the bank’s data, supporting the delivery of Insights-as-a-service in collaboration with IT Data Management and business support functions, advising and reporting to executives and the Head of Data Innovation, managing a team of in-house Data Innovation Analytics Pod Team, fostering a “can-do” culture, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory policies regarding data usage, and performing other tasks as directed by the Head of Data Advisory to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Management, or a relevant major.
• At least four years of experience in analytics and data functions within the financial/banking sector.
