Role Purpose
You will oversee the delivery of comprehensive data analytics that meet the NIA’s standards and support internal audit activities. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of data used for audits and decision-making processes.
Key Accountabilities & Activities

Technical Skills in Quality Assessment:
- Understand data modeling, data protection, and data warehousing principles.
- Design and execute validation processes using statistical sampling techniques.

Management and Oversight:
- Participate in ongoing internal audit projects to identify risks and ensure compliance.
- Supervise junior audit team members, providing guidance and mentoring.

Ownership and Drive:
- Proactively address data quality issues throughout the validation process.
- Maintain a Data Quality framework to adhere to NIA’s audit methodology.

Working at NEOM Pace:
- Deliver high-quality outputs despite obstacles, ensuring timely project completion.
- Support Audit Managers in identifying data requirements for audits and develop comprehensive reports for stakeholders.

Digital Skills:
- Apply emerging digital technologies and maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Build relationships with audit and data networks to stay updated on compliance standards and technologies.
Background, Skills & Qualifications

Experience:
- 6 to 8 years in quality review of data analytics solutions.
- Proven expertise in developing robust data testing frameworks and leading data quality improvement projects, with proficiency in SAP.

Education:
- Graduate or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications in Project Management, Data Analytics, etc., are preferred.

Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of data quality frameworks and methodologies, including Six Sigma and ISO standards.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
Departmental Leadership
- Facilitate effective teamwork and training among the NIA audit team members.
- Set a positive example by demonstrating NEOM values and ensuring compliance with professional auditing standards.
