This role is based in Riyadh, and there will be a requirement to work regularly on customer sites.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data integration processes for the company's banking customers.
- Ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability, while collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical architecture.
- Lead the end-to-end development cycle, from design to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including data models and mapping specifications.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
- Identify and implement improvements to existing data models and processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert in data modeling, ETL, and the company's PL/SQL, ensuring best practices are followed.
What Will You Bring:
- 8-10 years of experience.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead, with expertise in data modeling and ETL.
- Strong proficiency in the company's PL/SQL and data integration tools.
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and drive project success.
- Experience in designing scalable, high-performance data solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Banking industry experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of the company's Financial Services products is a plus.
