The Data Intelligence Reporting Specialist will be responsible for data mining, designing, creating, and producing accurate International Health reports in a timely manner. This role involves maintaining and supporting reports within the global reporting team for Health Operations Entities including Allianz Care, the company, Medi-24, Mawista, and Australia Students, as well as across all departments within Operations.

Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor team members on data analysis tools and techniques such as SQL, Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Celonis.
- Lead data-driven projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to provide data-driven insights.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.
- Supervise and coach the data team in technical skills and professional development.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports aligned with documented KPIs.
- Gather, interpret, and translate business reporting requirements into global reporting solutions.
- Create ad hoc data extracts from an Oracle database via SQL.
- Ensure data integrity and quality within Allianz Partners systems.
- Work effectively in an environment driven by AI and analytics while adhering to standards of data governance and security.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with extensive knowledge of Management Information Systems, preferably in the insurance/financial services industry.
- Exceptional analytical skills and excellent presentation abilities.
- Highly motivated, proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Proven experience in Management Information reporting and Business Analyst skills.
- Demonstrable expert knowledge of tools such as PowerBI, SQL, PLSQL, MS Excel, and MS Access.
