Data Lead

We are looking for an experienced Data Lead to drive data strategy, governance, and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end data solutions, ensuring data privacy, security, and business impact.

• Define and implement Data Strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead Data Governance and ensure data quality, compliance, and privacy.
• Design and manage Azure Data Solutions architecture.
• Oversee Data Engineering processes for scalable and reliable data pipelines.
• Ensure data Privacy & Security as per regulatory standards.
• Drive Business Intelligence and reporting initiatives.
• Enable Advanced Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure effective Change Management.
• Lead Strategic Planning and execution of key data initiatives.
