Key Responsibilities
- Lead data management initiatives, focusing on data strategy, governance, data quality, master data, and metadata management.
- Conduct data maturity assessments and gap analyses in alignment with NDMO, NDI, and PDPL requirements.
- Develop comprehensive data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and implementation roadmaps.
- Enable AI readiness by translating business requirements into data and AI use cases, utilizing tools such as Informatica.
- Prepare technical and financial proposals, support pre-sales activities, and contribute to RFP responses.
- Develop consulting methodologies, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Lead and mentor consulting teams by providing technical guidance and facilitating knowledge transfer.
- Manage client relationships, including project scope, risks, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare progress reports and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
- CDMP certification is required; PMP, relevant master's degree, and Informatica certifications are preferred.
- 15–20 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 6 years in data management and governance.
- Proven experience in consulting, conducting data maturity assessments, establishing governance frameworks, and ensuring regulatory compliance with NDMO, NDI, and PDPL.
- Hands-on experience with Informatica and developing data/AI use cases.
- Experience in proposal development, pre-sales activities, project management, and team leadership.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
