BAE Systems, the UK Government’s nominated Prime Contractor, provides essential equipment, support, and training to Saudi Arabia, specifically for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF). The Data Management Lead will act as a deputy for the Head of Data Service when required, support the strategic development of the Business Analytics and Insights Department, and manage various Data Management activities such as data identification, validation, cleansing, and organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the strategic development of the Business Analytics and Insights Department.
  • Perform regular performance reviews and recruit and develop staff.
  • Manage Data Service meetings and deliver briefings to management.
  • Ensure accurate data collection and validation for decision-making needs.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and report any issues to the Head of Data Service.
  • Develop future Data Service capabilities and translate raw data insights into actionable business recommendations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in data management, quality assurance, and governance.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and database management tools.
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance standards.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English.

Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
