Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain data quality standards across various data systems.
  • Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
  • Facilitate data integration projects, collaborating with IT and business teams.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of data assets to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining documentation for data processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in data management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data integration practices.
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle, NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
