Job Description:
- Build a wide network of key program stakeholders across development districts.
- Curate, validate, and compile all digital information and tabular data inputs for consolidation into a common database for modeling and reviewing data.
- Coordinate inputs to documents and the strategic transportation model.
- Ensure a single source of truth for the transportation model data.
- Identify data discrepancies through validation and reconciliation of multiple data sources.
- Manage core datasets (population, employment, land use, transport infrastructure, and services) to ensure mutual consistency and translate them into a common digital format for all downstream governance products.
- Create maps and visualizations for documentation.
Required Skills:
- B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
- 10+ years in data management for planning or transport projects.
- Expert proficiency with GIS applications, interfaces, and geodatabases (SQLServer/JSON, etc.).
- Experience managing large datasets and automating data processing workflows.
- Design of model data structures.
Desired Skills:
- Exceptional technical writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to work within a culturally diverse team and quickly establish key relationships.
- Experience working on giga projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
