Data Migration Business Analyst

A large bank in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Migration Functional Lead for a Murex greenfield implementation project.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Develop MXML import and export workflows utilizing MXML Exchange.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Murex 3.1 workflows and MxML, including trade, contract, and exchange workflows.
• Apply extensive experience in Murex workflow development covering trade life cycle, system interface workflow creation, confirmation generation, error management, and OSP.
• Propose enhancements to existing solutions using analytical and technical expertise.

Requirements:

• Significant expertise in Murex, with 7 to 10 years of overall experience, including 5 to 7 years focused on migration projects.
• Proficiency in MXML 3.1, with experience using XML/XST languages, Data Dictionaries, and Templates.
• Technical proficiency includes creating messaging queues (MQ) and UNIX shell scripting.
• Expected hard skills include:
  • Expertise in Murex migration projects
  • Proficiency with MXML 3.1 and related XML/XST technologies
  • Development of MXML Exchange workflows
  • Knowledge of SWIFT and paper confirmations
  • Familiarity with trade interfaces (MarkitWire, TOF, OMGEO, RTNS)
  • Understanding of market data uploads in real-time (RTBS) and batch (MDIT) modes
  • Experience with contract, deliverable, event, and exchange workflows
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the front-to-back trade life cycle
  • Awareness of FX, IR, FI, and Equity products
