Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain end-to-end data and analytics architectures that incorporate AI BI dashboards, Genie solutions, and Databricks components for accurate enterprise decision-making.
- Develop scalable patterns using AgentBricks Mosaic AI and Genie Code to support reusable analytical services and future expansion of intelligent applications.
- Define robust data models and query strategies in Databricks SQL for quick reporting performance across multiple business units.
- Architect secure data pipelines with Databricks Delta Lake for historical data retention and trusted analytics.
- Configure and orchestrate Databricks Workflows for automating data processes to keep systems updated.
- Implement PySpark processing frameworks focusing on performance tuning and resource optimization.
- Collaborate with user experience teams to design intuitive AI BI dashboards for business users.
- Partner with IT business support teams to address operational pain points through architectural solutions.
- Establish standards, best practices, and documentation for AI and BI architecture patterns.
- Conduct performance assessments and optimization reviews for existing AI BI dashboards and Databricks workloads.
- Guide teams in effectively using AgentBricks Mosaic AI and Genie Code for building modular analytics components.
- Evaluate new tools and techniques in the AI and data engineering ecosystem to ensure integration with current platforms while staying aligned with emerging practices.
- Coordinate with security and compliance stakeholders to ensure data architecture adherence to organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in architecting solutions using AI BI dashboards and Genie capabilities for complex business domains.
- Strong proficiency with AgentBricks Mosaic AI and Genie Code in designing scalable and maintainable analytics products.
- Hands-on expertise in Databricks SQL, Delta Lake, and Workflows building reliable data platforms.
- Advanced PySpark skills for implementing high-performance data processing solutions.
- Solid background in user experience concepts to ensure analytics interfaces are user-friendly.
- Proven experience in IT business support environments enhancing service stability and responsiveness.
