As a Data Modeler at Presight, you will be responsible for translating business needs into a robust data model for applications and related systems. Your expertise in data modeling tools and techniques will play a critical role in enhancing and integrating functions across multiple technical teams. You will work closely with both business and solutions teams to implement data strategies, build data flows, and develop conceptual, logical, or physical data models.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze source systems to understand data and develop data models.
- Identify architecture, infrastructure, and interfaces to data sources, ensuring the support of automated data loads, and addressing security concerns.
- Define and govern data modeling and design standards, tools, and best practices for enterprise data models.
- Review data and identify anomalies that hinder the evolution to future state architecture.
- Maintain documentation for data architecture and develop a knowledge base for the data structure.
- Engage in modernization and maintenance of data cleansing and integration support.
- Map data sources and targets to ensure data integrity and quality throughout movement.
- Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and risk management governance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating logical and physical data models.
- At least 3 years of experience as a data modeler or data architect in the analytics industry.
- Familiarity with Hive, Python, Erwin, IDA, and cloud platforms is advantageous.
- In-depth market and domain knowledge.
- Strong passion for constant improvement and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
